As a Security Services Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing the Security Services employees and contractor labour to deliver an engaging customer experience. You will also be accountable for the delivery of all facets of the Security Services and emergency management functions across the complex including Hotels, Gaming, VIP Gaming, Food and Beverage and Events.

As a Security Services Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing the Security Services employees and contractor labour to deliver an engaging customer experience. You will also be accountable for the delivery of all facets of the Security Services and emergency management functions across the complex including Hotels, Gaming, VIP Gaming, Food and Beverage and Events.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing strong, consistent leadership, direction and support
- Contributing to broader business unit strategies
- Highly visible role across the complex
- Quality of customer service delivery to patrons
- Development of a positive employee culture
- Manage resources to ensure budget objectives are achieved
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Operational Management background in casinos, hospitality or security
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching and change management skills
- Excellent negotiation and people management skills
- A current, valid Victorian Crowd Control License - Certificate II in Security Operations
- Ability to obtain Casino Special Licence Category A
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline highly desirable yet not essential
