Job Description :
This position is located in Kabul, Afghanistan and is responsible to the Senior Program Manager to: 1) Learn and access JPAS to complete verification packages 2) All badging (LNs, TCNs, ISAF and generate/facilitate CAC updates) 3) One Passes (vehicle pass and licensing) on NIPR network 4) Finger Printing for verification packages 5) Flight Line Passes for Vehicles (to travel inside the wire for A/P transfer) 6) Track and plan
movements to the gate, for escort of TCN/LN required to work on the base 7) Escort personnel traveling via flightline to commercial airport for flight (within the wire). 8) Visa processing/tracking (a identify local processes to procure visas in-country) 9) Develop/Intake incident reports 10) Commercial Air coordination (work with trusted airport expeditors and ensure we travel on approved carriers)… if approved to travel via commercial as a practice. 11) Maintain/Update emergency communication tools and call-downs 12) Work with COMSEC custodians re DD254 compliance 13) Arming Letter Updates and Requalification Tracking 14) Armored Vehicle review and auditing 15) Assist with adhering to compliance requirements (CRX-055/056/052) 16) Facilitate/arrange secure transportation for medical issues 17) POC for Contractor Medical Providers (MEDEVAC, Emergent Care, Non-emergent Care)Basic Qualifications
Secret security clearance is required Experience implementing security measures and understanding USG practices/protocols Subject matter expertise in executing personal/physical security missions in challenging and dynamic environments (particularly in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and/or Iraq) Experience with contract oriented delivery, while working with a PSC/Defense Contractor Security, operations and maintenance experience Should be knowledgeable and conversant in military flight operations, safety, standardization, and supervision instructions, student management, and maintenance Equivalent experience/education combinations are permitted based on the Typical Minimums required for this job which are 5 years of related experience and a HS education or GED equivalent.
