About the role
The security environment in Pakistan has significantly changed over the last few years. The international organisations like Oxfam GB have to improve quality and speed of its security management practices. The core responsibility of ensuring security of the country programme staff, assets and operation is with Country Director and every employee, interns and volunteers are responsible in contributing their part in proper security management. The security
management is of the prime importance in Oxfam GB and failure to adhere to security guidelines constitutes serious misconduct in Oxfam GB.
The Deputy Security Manager will support Country Management Team in ensuring that key security systems and procedures are established and implemented throughout the country programme.
What we’re looking for
To ensure that Oxfam staff, property and assets are secured and staff received security advises to take appropriate action to work in security free environment.
