Acts in a supervisory capacity for team members and be responsible for administrative duties for the team through the guidance of the Security Operations Manager.
Principal Accountabilities

5 Years Supervisory experience to include management and responsibility of more than 15 people
Must have obtained a Weapon's Certification within the last 10 years

- Responsible for their team’s preparedness and training.
- Will assume the responsibilities of convoy/ on-site commander in the event of activation.
- Act as the on-site supervisor of the QRT team in regards to personnel protective service detail assignments as they pertain to assigned programs.
- Responsible for QRT Team’s operations of assigned duties.
- Utilize special weapons and tactics to ensure mission success and ensures that all team members are trained to utilize and deploy special weapons and tactics to ensure mission success.
- Conduct protective formation position training daily for their team members.
- Conduct vehicle evacuation drills on a daily basis for their team members.
- Present a clean and professional appearance and ensure that all QRT Team Members meet the same guidelines.
- Perform other qualified duties as assigned.
- Excellent communications skills with persons at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of company’s security policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate fluently in the English language.
- May be required to respond to a wide variety of operational circumstances and rudimentary infrastructure.
- Ability to conduct both static and mobile security operations.
- Technical and tactical proficiency with the various small arms used in support of security operations.
- Ability to operate motor vehicles of various weights in a tactical manner both on and off-road.
- Physical fit, which allows for standing for extended periods, running w/ tactical equipment and pulling/carrying an excess of 180lbs.
- Candidate must possess a working knowledge of the various computer programs utilized within the Security Department for administrative purposes.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- One (1) or more years’ experience in High Threat Environment (Preferably in a PSD capacity).
- Five (5) or more years with either Military (Combat Arms) or Law Enforcement experience (SWAT) with leadership and management experience and training preferred.
- Successful completion of the High Risk Motorcade Course/Protective Security Detail (HRMC/PSD) training, prior to applying for the position.
- Previous experience in the APP/ACAS Security Department preferred.
- This experience and background may have been gained in any of the following organizations:
- U.S. Department of State Diplomatic Security Service
- U.S. Secret Service
- U.S. Federal Agencies, i.e., FBI (former special agents with protective security background)
- U.S. Special Forces/Special Operations
- U.S. Military Infantry (Army or USMC)
- Commercial executive protection services with military or police background
- Law Enforcement experience (U.S. Military Police/Criminal Investigations Division; or an Emergency Services, SWAT type unit of a local or State Law Enforcement Agency)
- Place of duty and environmental conditions can be extremely austere, harsh, and work can be performed under hostile and life-threatening conditions.
- Candidate must pass pre-deployment medical screening as required by the contract.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
5 Years Supervisory experience to include management and responsibility of more than 15 people

Candidate must be able to pass both weapons qualifications and physical fitness course: The minimum standards are:
- Endurance Run completed in 2:30 minutes (two minutes and thirty seconds)
- Obstacle Course completed in 2:00 (two minutes)
- M-4 Rifle qualification scoring of a minimum of 240 points on the approved DSS qualification course
- M-9 Pistol qualification scoring of a minimum of 400 points on the approved DSS qualification course
