Responsibilities & Duties
Participate in the proposal development efforts to secure new AFRICAP contract.
Assist in developing capture strategy including business solution for pursuit of opportunity; competitive assessments, teaming suppliers, and prices-to-win.
Participates in bid and proposal activities.
Minimum Tangible Qualifications:
Possess detailed knowledge of the AFRICAP mission set.
Be familiar with US Department of State (DOS) acquisition processes and procedures.
Possess experience in developing and writing proposals.
Be familiar with OCTANT Business Solutions tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Engility Proposal Process.
Past Experience preparing AFRICAP proposals.
Willing to temporary re-locate to the Northern Virginia Area.
