Leidos Arabia is seeking an Institutional Training and Education Manager to support a Narcotics Control Program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Senior Training Manager is directly responsible for the execution of the Training Strategy development and the Training Needs Assessment. Manager supports and advises the Project Director on all areas related to training assessments,
development and delivery. The Senior Training Manager is a primary member of the interview team and participates fully in each phase of the task providing his experience and knowledge to the research, analysis and preparation of the RFP. Will be competent in the full spectrum of training tools and methodologies to include the Systems Approach to Training (SAT), Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and Training Evaluation requirements. Manager’s knowledge of these processes and world class benchmarks in education and training will drive the process for the rest of the team.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Research, Education, or related technical field of study
- Law Enforcement and Drug Enforcement or Police Training Support Management Systems expertise required
- 20+ years of Infantry Skills or Police Skills Training Experience required
- Experience in the employment of Systems Approach to Training and the Instructional Systems Design Methodology required
- Skilled in the Adult Learning Model
- Experienced platform instructor with capability and experience in curriculum development and course structure and outlines.
- Former Academic Leadership role in a major training and education center, school, or College with a background applying the latest academic governance best practices
- Individual and Collective Group Security Training expertise.
- Counter Terrorism Training Experience
- 15 years’ experience in Government or Law Enforcement instruction
- Prior Middle East / KSA experience
