We are the leading company providing Cash Management in Thailand. As of the rapid growth of Company’s Business, we are urgent in need to seek for qualified applicants to fulfil our requirement as of the following positions:-
Role Purpose
• Within an independent Department that reports directly to the Country Managing Director, review the compliance of all branches’ vehicles and facilities with Mandatory Security Principles (MSP), investigate on external attacks and internal cash loss cases, in coordination with the Police and other Departments, especially Cash Solutions and develop and maintain close relationship with the customers’ counterparts.
Core Responsibilities / Accountabilities
• Acquire strong knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures related to Cash Operations and Cash Reconciliation process / Mandatory Security Principles (MSP) / Physical Security requirements.
• Analyze data from Customer Service and Cash Processing Teams, related to cash losses, and tackle the number of cases by proactive and targeted actions.
• Investigate on external attack and internal cash loss/fraud reported to the Department: coordinate with Head Office teams and Branch Managers to gather evidence related to the case.
• Lodge complaint to the Police; provide information and follow-up investigation status, in order to ensure prosecution and funds recovery.
• Request daily/weekly security inspections’ results from Branch Managers and set-up Branch Inspection at least twice a year. Update check-list and keep record of results and recommendations.
• Conduct covert surveillance on Crews, through physical and technical means, and report breaches of procedures through controlled forms and procedures.
• Conduct alcoholic and drug tests randomly, by surprise or upon specific request.
• Investigate other internal affairs’ issue, such as serious car accidents, misuse of firearms, staff misconduct, or any other case, as needed.
• Proceed to staff vetting and re-vetting for specific cases.

Internal: All Departments, especially Cash Operations in Bangkok and Upcountry (Branch/Regional Managers, Customer Service, Cash Processing Team).
External: Police, security systems’ suppliers, Customers’ Security Departments, Consultants, Lawyers.

• CIT and ATM characteristics.
Skill Required
Mandatory
• Able to read and understand basic English and able to communicate.
• Computer skills.
Desirable
• Accounting / Banking system / Investigations.
Education / Experience
Minimum /
• Bachelor Degree or more.
Desirable
• Professional experience in banking system, accounting or law.
• Conduct site surveys and risk assessments upon request: customers’ sites, ATMs, transportation sites.
• Ensure strong and efficient relationships with the Police, consultants and customers’ counterparts.
• Support Management in collecting data from other Departments, in the frame of the Monthly Security
Reports: ATMs, CENCONs, fleet,
• Compliance with information security policy and company regulations.
