Senior Security Advisor / Trainer

Respomsibilites and Duties 
Drafting requirements for improving the physical security equipment, assisting in identifying technical specifications and choosing of the most appropriate type, if requested.
Outlining changes in building and structural design to improve security.
Drafting a recommended CGF organization (Leaders, soldiers, and personal equipment).
Drafting contingency plans for the CGF to respond to most likely scenarios to include:
Control of personnel and movement within the National Assembly.
Protection of dignitaries and leaders.
Various types of attacks and additional scenarios to be determined.
Demonstrations and protest.
Development and implementation of a security guard training plan.
Development of a training plan that will validate and support the exercise of contingency plans.
Develop and validate standard operating procedures (SOPs).
During the first 30days following contract implementation the SA/ST will conduct a physical security assessment of facilities, equipment, personnel (to include training levels), and security procedures. Upon conclusion of the assessment he will provide his findings in the form of an action plan to the Director of Security. These findings will address;
A proposed guard force organization
An action plan that includes:
Structure/organization Improvements
Security procedures
Training
Equipment

Minimum Tangible Qualifications:
Experience with either U.S. State Department, U.S. Military, or Middle Eastern unit training programs
20 or more years of security experience working at the United States Congress and in addition will have extensive experience in training security personnel
