Security Manager - Thailand

Job Description:

• Responsible in the implementation and development of security policies and procedures
• Monitor procedures and ensure security practices are followed.
• Conduct security audits and assist audit teams in airline audits, assess the effectiveness of security practices and procedures.
• Promote security awareness by providing security training programs for employees.
• Prepare regular reports by analyzing and collecting data, security incidents and dangerous goods related information.
• Identify potential risks and enforce security measures to prevent security threat. Maintain a threat and risk analysis by analyzing national and international events and criminal trends.
• Ensure procedures and regulations comply with the requirements of local Authority bodies and Aviation security matters.
• Ensure all compliances are met company standard.
• Must address and correct any issue that does not meet standard security procedures.

Skills:

• Must have detailed knowledge of public safety and security in an airport setting.
• Must have knowledge of all local, state and federal airport security requirements and be aware of any new legislation.
• Necessity to have knowledge of how to respond to a large crisis or emergency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum degree holder.
• Minimum 2 years security management.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Confident, analytical and well-organized.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Determined, independent and work well under pressure.
