OSC-I Operations Center (OPSCEN) Mission
The OPSCEN provides continuous and timely, accurate and actionable information to the Chief, OSC-I. The OPSCEN contractor provides support to OSC-I sections in order to ensure that the Government can provide effective Security Cooperation and Security Assistance to the Government of Iraq.

OSC-I Movement Coordinator (Office of Security Cooperation-Iraq)

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Directs continuous operation cell in support of OSC-I, coordinating air and ground movements throughout the areas of U.S. interest in Iraq 
  • Supervise activities of the cell to ensure they receive and process air and ground movement requests, coordinate movement through the areas of U.S. interest in Iraq.
  • Provide the Chief, OSC-I continuous visibility of the air and ground movements, monitor incidents, assist in the provision of OSC-I support, and provide incident and post incident information and reports as required 
  • Key responsibilities may include personnel management, planning and project management, force protection assessments, current operations, logistics and serving as the senior subject matter expert of air and ground movements to include identities, planning, structures, TTP’s and contact data
  • Coordinate activities with OSC-I, U.S. Embassy-Baghdad, the GoI, and other staffs as necessary
  • Support the development of documents and reports pertaining to OPSCEN operations, SOPs, briefings and reports
  • Prepare, update and maintain estimates of the situation, prepare orders, process, analyze and disseminate information, and conduct staff coordination.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma; Bachelor Degree Desired
  • Must have demonstrated skills and experience expected of a junior officer, warrant officer or senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) or an equivalent amount of corporate level/private sector management/nongovernmental organization experience; knowledge of support services, reports, analyses, and supporting documentation shall be commensurate with work product of a professional with the above experience and background
  • With access to USTRANSCOM's Single Mobility System (SMS), you must have a basic understanding of the SMS system to track air, land, and sea movements
  • Must have advanced understanding of and experience with using the Microsoft® Windows operating system and the Microsoft® Office suite of business applications.
  • Must have a basic familiarization with using Microsoft® SharePoint to be able to use the OSC-I home page 
  • Must complete the annual DoD Information Assurance Training for access to DoD computer systems 
  • Must be familiar with the various operational support systems utilized by the Office of Security Cooperation-Iraq
  • Active Final Secret Clearance with an in-scope Investigation (10-Years); Clearance/Investigation Must Appear in JPAS
  • Current U.S. Issued Passport
