Job Description
Responsibilities:1. Supervise service quality of outsourced security Service Company, provide instruction and
support as necessary, and coordinate all kinds of security issues among internal departments.
2. In charge of the daily operation of
Security CCTV control center, badge management room, other security operation
systems, etc.
3. Set up and maintain access
system, create related process and policy. Implement access control in new
campus.
4. Manage and maintain Badge
management system making and issuing employee badge and business partner badge,
monitoring the use and collecting of visitor badge daily.
5. Manage all the keys of the
buildings to ensure all the keys are well recorded and strictly under control
including borrowing, copying and keeping.
6. Deal with all kinds of security
incidents, investigations and reports, and conduct effective security control
to decrease the occurrence of security incidents.
7. Roll out and implement security
policies or guidelines within jurisdiction, optimize security management and
equipment to improve the security condition of the company.
8. VIP protection and Event
Security.
9. Conduct security training
to staff and security guards to raise security awareness.
10. Prepare and submit security reports
and statistics timely.
11. Maintain good relationship with
local Police, Firefighting brigade and other related governmental departments.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years security work
experience and at least 3 year security work experience in multinational
company.
MINIMUM SKILLS
Technical: Essential: Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desirable: Good conflict &
emergency management ability
Communication/Language:
Strong verbal and written
communication skills in local market language, including meeting facilitation
and presentations. Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives. Strong
information seeking skills and drive to make things happen. Ability to understand
challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop effective responses
or elevate to higher management. Ability to work independently and
cooperatively in a diverse group. Ability to network and utilize internal and
external resources. Ability to exercise high degree of professionalism.
Management/Leadership (if
applicable):
Understanding and application of
business concepts and techniques in areas such as work planning, project
management, and evaluating. Demonstrated leadership in driving consensus among
cross-function teams. Ability to identify effective solutions and collaborate
with peer managers..
Other:
Local market knowledge.
Unique Abilities Required:
May require travel up to 10% of
