· Behaves and acts as a manager in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand
mindset, manages the security team, helping them improve their skills and providing
support for career development.
· Ensures the safety and security of all hotel guest and staff.
· Ensures all regulations with regards to safety and security are being met
· Is responsible for the organization and monthly meetings of the Security Committee.
· Ensures the risk for the hotel with regards to guest and staff incidents is kept to a
minimum.
· Ensures high rating on the annual security audit.

• Significant years of experience in a similar position
· Experience in investigation, interrogation and establishing reports
