Job Summary AECOM in the Middle East are currently inviting expressions of interest for an exciting major program in Dubai. As the Program Manager, AECOM will provide resources, experience, systems process and knowledge to take responsibility for managing all aspects of the Program and Project lifecycle stages including the design, construction, commissioning, handover and transition for future legacy phases.
Minimum Requirements
Masters degree preferred in a relevant subject.
Second language preferred, preferably spoken Arabic.
Ex-military, government or security services preferable with at least 10-years service in the relevant security sector
UAE experience preferable.
Preferred Qualifications
15+ years experience within a high profile, Director of Security level role, working on major high level, prestigious projects.
Experience with a multi-national technical services firm.
Be an articulate and persuasive leader who can serve as an effective member of the senior management team and be able to communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
Be able to quickly establish effective relationships with peers in the same field and work as a team member as well as team leader.
Have a working knowledge of pertinent laws and demonstrated contacts within the security community.
Have a solid understanding of threat assessment.
Have experience with emergency,crisis management and business continuity planning, training and implementation.
Must have strong management experience preferably with some experience working successfully in a matrix environment.
