Aegis, LLC is seeking applicants for positions connected with the upcoming K-BOSSS rebid at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait.
Position Description Summary:
AEGIS, LLC, a leading international provider of security services, is seeking qualified Executive Personnel Drivers (EPDs). The EPD will serve as armed drivers for Executive-level military personnel and dignitaries. All EDPs are required to be thoroughly familiar with the routes, safe havens, hospitals, and police stations available throughout the area in which the VIP shall be moving. The EPDs shall assist the protective service details in learning the skills required for driving in Kuwait. The EDP shall be armed with M9 and M16/M4 weapon systems. EPD attire shall be business casual (open collar), or as approved by the DES. The EPDs shall be thoroughly trained in the operation of special vehicles provided for such missions and the installation access media issued in support of VIPs.
Minimum Qualifications:
US Citizen.
Required to be at least 21 years of age.
Must hold active DOD Secret Clearance -OR- must have the ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance.
One (1) year of civilian or military security guard or police experience, or military operational experience, within the past three (3) years prior to beginning duties under this contract.
Able to lift 30 pounds or more.
Prior knowledge of protective security operations.
Must pass medical examination to include vision and hearing tests.
Pass physical examination, meet U.S. Army height and weight standards, and pass physical fitness test.
Aegis employment is based on satisfying Psychological Evaluation and Background Investigation.
