Business Continuity and Security Manager (An international FMCG company)

Description
The successful candidate will assist the Head of Security in Security Risk Management and Business Continuity Management. The role will include but is not limited to:

Job Purpose
- Risk & Threat assessment, BCM Coordination (ensuring plans are fit for purpose with the plan owner), investigation of serious security incidents and the ability to conduct site security reviews at various locations.
- Establish and develop plans to enhance security awareness within the company, related to the BCP, Information Security etc.
- Working with various functions across the organization and develop synergy for alignment to enable the smooth implementation of various security programs
- To take part in specific security activity by assisting the Security Team in conducting security reviews, investigation, risk assessment as required
- Contribute to identifying and controlling current and emerging operational security risks
- Assist in the planning, transition and establishment of effective operational security procedures, systems and infrastructure at new business sites including factory and corporate office.
- Contribute to a safe and secure working environment, the protection of assets and the integrity of business reputation and information.
- Assist in security related projects, investigations and operational work to facilitate a high level of customer service and cost efficiency.
- Oversee the application, management and maintenance of the security training system.
- Manage the emergency and major incident preparedness and security resilience
- Ensuring the overall business continuity plan is in place, tested and updated by facilitating and coordinating with the functional owner of the respective Business Continuity Plan in timely and efficient manner.

Candidate requirements
Applicant must speak Bahasa Indonesian and possess a proven track record in leadership and managing team in their current role. You will have good communication skills and a high level of interpersonal skills. Able to promptly communicate accurate information resulting from security issues, you will have a willingness and ability to expand your knowledge and expertise across the area of security.
