SGI Global has an immediate opening for an experienced CNPA Mentor at the client site in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Responsibilities:
SGI Global, LLC. is seeking a seasoned candidate to provide executive level expert advice to senior level Afghan leadership and managers within the Counter Narcotics Program –Afghanistan (CNPA) or other Afghan government entity as directed by the client. The candidate’s objective is to mentor sustainable professionalism in their respective fields of expertise within the areas of operations, reporting, fiscal planning, intelligence investigations, logistics, administration human resources and other area as needed.
A strong emphasis will be placed on improving and enhancing leadership skills, ethical behavior, professional development, the decision making process, and the establishment of effective supervision and management tools to host nation counterparts.
Principal place of performance is primarily Afghanistan; however, deployments within the CENTCOM AOR can be expected.
Requirements:
Education – Bachelor’s degree
Years of Experience – 10 years
Substitutions – 10 year of direct relevant technical experience may be substitute for education.
