Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator-South Sudan CIVPOL is responsible for the OCONUS based operational support of assigned DynCorp International Program (s) under the direction of the Project Manager, Senior Manager of Operations and the Vice President of CIVPOL Program.
Principle Accountabilities
Performs many of the following responsibilities as they pertain to assigned programs:
Coordinates information received, materials issued under direction of the COR for INL and received
from various activities and logistics operations.
Supervises and coordinates day-to-day logistics operations within the theatre of operations as assigned.
Provide day-to-day End Use Monitoring (EUM) according to F.A.A, Section 484
Provide in-country and off-site administrative, technical, logistical services to support the program.
Provide un-anticipated services to support the program if necessary.
Complete understanding of operations of assigned contract.
Knowledge & Skills
Attention to details and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
Excellent communication, effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of various computer applications (ex: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Quicken, Project etc.).
Experience & Education
High school diploma plus some technical training.
College-level logistics or military logistics training courses preferred.
Four (4) years experience in logistics related field.
Experience with database entry related to Logistics applications
Physical Requirements/Working Environment
Primary duty station(s) are located in Southern Sudan.
May be required to respond to a wide variety of operational circumstances, including extreme weather conditions and rudimentary infrastructure
Place of duty and environmental conditions can be extremely austere, harsh, and work can be performed under hostile and life-threatening conditions.
Travel
Must be able to travel within the provinces/Districts of Southern Sudan
