We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleared American Guard - Lead, in South Korea.
TheCleared American Guard - Lead is responsible for assistingthe Program Manager and Team Lead with day to day security coordination and management. To include the creation and maintenance of Operating Procedures, Material and vehicle inspection, and perimeter and internal surveillance.
Responsibilities
Cleared American Guards shall provide perimeter and internal access control, control of secure storage areas, and personnel or material escort within or to a construction site.
CAGs may at time assist in the random selection of materials required for construction and installation.
Understand and can assess construction terminology, procedures and practices.

Understand and can assess construction terminology, procedures and practices.
- Identify Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
- Understand and assess static security techniques and procedures.
- Understand and put into practice vehicle search techniques.
- Understand and put into practice personnel search techniques.
- Understand and assess security practices/procedures for various levels of security.
- Produce written reports or document activities/processes, investigations/anomalies/deficiencies, incidents, etc.
- Identify unauthorized materials.
- Report suspicious behavior.
- Working knowledge of construction safety.
- Must be able and willing to work outdoors in inclement conditions.
- Must have the ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work independently in a detail oriented environment.
- Must be self-motivated and interested in continuing his/her education in the standard practices and procedures of the CSS industry.
- Must be willing to train and mentor entry-level (trainee) personnel.
- United States Citizenship
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Top Secret clearance.
- 10 years experience in at least one of the following areas of expertise: Law Enforcement, Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, Industrial or Government security, or hands on supervisory CAG experience.
- Completion of the DoS Cleared American Guard Course.
- 3 years experience performing as Lead CAG for projects outside the U.S. and its territories.
- Experience shall include the completion of a minimum of one project similar to KORCOM and the project shall have been successfully completed and accepted by the customer within past 5 years
- The Lead CAG’s qualifications shall demonstrate training or knowledge in ICD 705, dated 17 September 2010 and Intelligence Community Technical Specification for ICD 705, “Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities”.
