Administers and coordinates the DoD Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security program and other related security activities for an office or group to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies and procedures;
Provides guidance to managers and employees regarding SCI security regulations and procedures;
Develops and implements security procedures in coordination with government agencies, the organization's Chief, Special Security Office, company management, and the Corporate Security Manager;
Conducts security briefings;
Develops and conducts security-related training programs;
Investigates security violations and recommends corrective actions;
Maintains liaison with outside agencies;
Assists employees in acquiring personal security clearance when required;
Enters security information into the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and other automated system and develops related reports as needed;
Provides guidance and work leadership to less experienced security personnel;
May have supervisory responsibilities;
Participates in special projects as required.
Requires BS/BA degree in a related administrative discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, administrative certifications or training, or work experience.
Requires 5-8 years experience.
Thorough knowledge of the practices, procedures, and policies of SCI facilities security;
Thorough knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing SCI facilities security;
Effective communication skills.
Positions requires attendance at a formal SSO certification training and a SCIF physical security course within the last five (5) years.
One year + employment with benefits to Al Udeid AB, Qatar.

-Must have a valid passport
-Must be able to meet DoD 3020.41, SPAWARSYSCENTCHASINST 12910.1, and DoD foreign clearance guide requirements to be certified by the Government as "Fit to Deploy."
-Must be able to obtain and maintain the required residency visa, work permit and/or other documentation necessary to legally reside and work in any country in SouthWest Asia as required, including but not limited to Qatar.
