Job Description
Maintains adequate security procedures for the organization. Researches, investigates, and resolves both internal and external fraudulent activities. Identifies suspect transactions and based on results, takes appropriate action to minimize exposure to losses. Maintains effective working relationships with outside law enforcement agencies.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
1. The incumbent will be required to handle overall internal & external Manpower professionally. To understand & implement all routine emergency procedures
2. will be responsible for the plant security and vigilance and control the outsourced security staff
3. To operate and Manage the command and control centre for internal monitoring
4. Keep a strict vigilance on all activity in and around the company premises.
SKILLS REQUIRED
A) Technical
1. Handling the command centre to enhance smooth and healthy functioning
2. Handling Emergency situation
3. Maintaining & monitoring discipline within the company
4. Strong Security and Vigilance / Intelligence skills
B) People
1. Good coordination skills, interpersonal relationship management, conflict management etc.
2. Handling all types of visitors, Contractors & Govt. officials
3. Strong leadership skills to drive the team
4. Liaisoning with the local Govt. officials like Police, Fire Services etc
KEY PERFORMANCE AREA
Intelligence & Vigilance
1. Understanding the Movement of the people and report the same to the mgt
2. Keep watch on Subversive group working secretly
3. Detect theft, pilferage and Fraud
Administrative Control
1. Hand in hand with HR & IR issues- Strike, Lock out, Labour Unrest , Gherao etc
2. Men & Material movement control
Training
1. Identify training needs and conduct training for security staff
