Responsible for ensuring high service quality is achieved by all Security Patrol Officers.
Manage your own workload.Southern Cross Protection are a National Security Company and are one of the market leaders in the Industry. We currently have an opening in our Melbourne branch for a Security Patrol Inspector to manage the mobile patrols during principle operating hours in the evening.
Key Tasks
Ensure the smooth running of all run operations and night shift activity and provide effective communication to all workers.
Perform audits on patrol runs to assess the current serviceability.
Carry out risk assessments on all runs
Conduct audits on patrol officer compliance and address any concerns with worker performance (overt and covert audits).
Ensure Client briefs are up to date and the patrol officers are carrying out services in accordance with these briefs.
Provide back up for patrol operations throughout the night and arrange replacement coverage where necessary.
Ensure compliance with OH$S policies.
Provide training to patrol officers.Experience Required
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in patrol operations.
Must have a proven track record in the security industry
Excellent communication skills and report writing
Experience in identifying and providing training
