Job Description Linxx Global Solutions, a fast growing Government contracting company, with corporate offices located in Virginia Beach, VA, is currently looking for Unarmed Guards to fill positions at the Marine Corps Air Station in Iwakuni, Japan. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
Provide entry control point services to ensure that all construction personnel entering the construction site are on an approved government-provided roster.

Distribute and collect government-provided serialized badges for authorized construction personnel accessing the construction site.
Unlock and lock the gates to the construction site at appointed hours.
Maintain positive control of serialized badges, construction site keys, and rosters of authorized personnel.
Maintain controlled access of visitors to the construction site.
Maintain hard copy logs of construction personnel, visitors, vehicles, equipment, and materials that access the construction site throughout the day.
Complete and ensure timely submission of reports.
Make timely notification of any and all instances of unauthorized persons gaining access to the construction site.
Ensure that pass-down memorandums are reviewed and all information is passed down to reliefs and other posts.
At no time will the guard detain personnel or use any physical means to deny entry to the construction site during working hours. Required Skills


Must be a citizen of the United States.
Must be 21 years of age or older, or be an honorably discharged veteran.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or pass an equivalent performance examination designed to measure basic job-related mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Must possess a valid automobile driver’s license to enable gaining a Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) license.
Must acquire and maintain Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for First Responders and Basic First Aid training and certification by the American Red Cross and/or American Heart Association prior to being assigned to guard duties.
Must have no felony convictions and no convictions that reflect on the individual’s reliability including those crimes classified under the Lautenberg Act.
Must have no record or history of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture during the previous five years.
Must not have been diagnosed with any mental illness that would cause conflict or create unsafe working conditions for the employee and/or citizens.
Must be in and maintain a fitness level consistent with the job duties.

Required Experience
Must have relevant experience at a comparable level of responsibility in projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
