Job Description
The Site Security Survey Quality Control Manager is responsible for providing quality assurance, training, and support, as well as for the efforts to assess, audit, and report compliance including overall quality efforts and ancillary processes.
Position Responsibilities
•Provide local area assessment of current security in Pakistan; assess security by determining the level of protection;
•Perform security assessments of storage facilities on location of the OEM site in Karachi;
•Perform security assessments of transportation methods;
•Complete inventory of vehicles and confirm maintenance and general conditions as stated in vehicle inspection;
•Perform vehicle inspections on Land Rover vehicles;
•Conduct independent Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) inspections of project execution as directed by the Director of Operations;
•Develop QA/QC training for functional and operational staff;
•Provide oversight to ensure continuous improvement for identified processes;
•Participate in discussions and fact finding meetings with the OEM personnel located in Pakistan.

Essential Skills and Experience
•US Citizen;
•Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and U.S. tourist passport;
•Must possess two (2) years’ experience as a Program Manager or as a Program Manager Consultant;
•Must possess five (5) years’ experience in performing, evaluating, and conducting COC briefings in physical security surveys;
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with deadlines, required.
•Must possess experience in quality control;
•Possess experience in conducting and evaluating vehicle inspections and assessments;
•Honorable discharge from the military (if applicable);
•Exceptional written and oral communications skills are essential; must be able to transform operational concepts into detailed narratives;
•Superior interpersonal, negotiating, and organizational skills with special attention to detail and time management skills are essential;
•Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently in hostile environments;
•Experience in a U.S. Government contract environment preferred.
Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentMust be prepared to attend meetings or travel to other company sites (both domestic and international) which may be located in austere or high-threat regions as required. Must be prepared to interact with company personnel at all levels of the organization.
