Program Theater Manager

Program:
The Project Manager Close Combat Systems (PM CCS) requires Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the entire family of PM CCS programs that are currently known, including Culvert Denial, Entry Control Point, Fido, Goldie, Home Station Training Lanes, Jackal, Lightguard, Rhino, Schonstedt, Sherlock, Spider, Husky Mounted Detection System (HMDS) (including Surrogate), Gizmo, the Minehound, and the Army-Navy/Portable Special Search (AN/PSS)-14.

Major support areas include system integration/installation, fielding, retrograde, transportation, training, documentation updates, customer support, inspection and maintenance (defined as repair, rebuild, parts replacement, and troubleshooting) as applied to hardware, software, firmware and logistics support, and the associated support tasks such as program management, administration support, inventory management, quality management and interface with other Government and Contractor personnel.

Duties
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of program performance in Theater.  Manages and supervises personnel in all aspects of Theater execution.  Oversight may involve multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.  Maintains and manages client interface with the customer organization.  Supervises activities associated with the development of maintenance plans under the program contract to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations, including cost and quality.  Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction by quality on-time performance and best return on the customer’s investment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in related field. Must have a minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience and DoD supply concepts, procedures with an understanding of maintenance production and production control. Mastery of U.S. Army maintenance support systems and concepts. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Knowledge of DoD contracting policies and procedures. Knowledge of selected computer applications (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.). Must be able to meet deployment status requirements. Candidate must have some form of U.S. military service (any branch) or equivalent experience.
