Requirements
Requirements: FOM/Mine Roller/Advanced Search/HHMD/IED Awareness instructors must be a prior Noncommissioned Officer (E-5) or above and have conducted route clearance patrol or instructed route clearance training within the last year. Must be proficient on how to operate and maintain all mine rollers and hand held metal detectors available to the ANSF. Instructors must be proficient on how to operate all mounted and dismounted Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) available to the ANSF. Desirable qualifications include Afghanistan operational experience (within the last five years), possess a formal instructor qualification, and experience with training foreign soldiers.

Position Description
Postion Description: Afghan National Security Forces Freedom of Maneuver/Mine Roller/Hand Held Metal Detector/IED Awareness/Advanced Search- These courses are designed to teach ANSF leaders and soldiers IED awareness, advanced search techniques and to maintain Freedom of Maneuver in the Afghanistan theater of operations. These courses focus on training ANSF maneuver units on reconnaissance to identify danger areas/vulnerable points, TTPs for mounted and dismounted patrolling, advanced search techniques, effective implementation of electronic counter measures (ECM), and implementation/maintenance of hand held metal detectors (HHMDs) and mine rollers in an IED threat environment.
Salary
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
