Job Description
Strategic Social is seeking several qualified Combat Medics to provide treatment in emergency response situations; transfers and transport services for the USFOR-A. The Medics will be assigned to a Combined Air Station (CAS) at Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan will be required to assist in the sick call clinic seeing
patients under the direction of the CAS Medical Director when not performing emergency response or transport services.
Required:
All Candidates must be in possession of current licensing and certifications at the following levels:
*Emergency Medical Technician – Basic (National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians)
*Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
*Pre-Hospital Life Support Basic
*Emergency Vehicle Operator’s Course
*Willing to work in Afghanistan.
Additional Skills:
*Minimum 2-5 years military experience in field operations OCONUS Middle East a plus
*Deployed Experience in an austere environment highly deployed
*Experience working with indigenous populations.
*MOS 18D highly preferred
