Our client is a global luxury cosmetic company with regional business covering over 10 countries in Asia. They are now looking for a seasoned Regional Security & Trademark Protection Manager to join their regional senior management team in Hong Kong office:
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the Regional Security Director with the implementation and management of the Global Security strategy and programs;
Identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining trademark protection and security processes across all regional business units to reduce risks, respond to incidents and limit exposure to liability in all areas.
Work closely with investigation firms, law firms and law enforcement agencies to monitor/direct counterfeit investigations in Mainland China and other Asia Pacific Regional Countries as required.
Assist in screening routine enquiries from law enforcement and other agencies as well as Affiliates by gathering, reviewing and evaluating relevant data and recommending whether sufficient information exists to warrant further investigation.
Assist in conducting grey market investigations and financial audits by researching required background information and data.
Assist in conducting internal employee investigations.
Assist in developing and conducting crisis management and security awareness training programs for regional affiliates and trademark protection training programs for regional law enforcement agencies.
Key requirements:
University degree preferred
Seasoned, proactive, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior representatives of the company and other organizations.
Excellent interpersonal and be a team-player.
Fluency in the Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin dialects) and English languages (both verbal and written) required.
Knowledge of the cosmetic industry or corporate security experience preferable.
Prior law enforcement investigation experience required.
Strong law enforcement contacts in the region, especially in Mainland China required.
