Responsibilities:
To assist the Department Head to oversee daily security operation and ensure the efficiency of the security department;
To supervise security officers;
To monitor discipline quality and performance of security staff;
To liaise with internal departments and clients.
Requirements:
Form 5 or above / experience in police force / disciplined services at supervisory rank is preferably but not essential;
At least 5 years’ working experience in security guarding service including 3 years at supervisory level;
Strong interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Holder of valid security personnel permit & driving license.
