Overview:
Oak Grove Technologies, LLC is currently searching for qualified candidates to travel to Nigeria as Crew Serve Weapons (CSW) Instructors for ten days of training.
Oak Grove Technologies, LLC participates in E-Verify to determine an individual’s identity and employment eligibility to work in the United States. E-Verify is a service of DHS and SSA.
Responsibilities:
*Plan, design, and conduct crew served weapons training for appoximately seventy soldiers. CSW training will take place over ten training days.
*Ensure that CSW training includes instruction on the fundamentals of marksmanship, zeroing machine guns, sight adjustments, Traversing and Elevating (T&E) manipulation, crew drills with tripod and T&E mechanism, traverse and search techniques, engaging static targets, engaging moving targets, mounted and dismounted firing techniques and live firing, Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) of the weapons system.
*Ensure the training includes classes and practical exercises (dry and live) on the avoidance of civilian caualties and AFISMA rules of engagement regarding the use of direct fire weapons.
*Conduct a coordination meeting to inspect the weapons system
*Ensure that all instruction focuses on the actual AFISMA (Mali) situations and scenarios.
