Main Purpose:
NOTE: THIS POSITION IS ONLY OPEN TO INTERNAL VODACOM EMPLOYEES.
To provide information and supervise the daily office routine
Key Accountabilities / Objectives:
To be able to provide information to the requesting LEA by means of a legal directive
To supervise the requests pertaining to interception Legal warrants served on Vodacom
To represent the Company in criminal and civil trails pertaining to call related information and the working and the functioning of Vodacom systems
To be able to report to the Forensic Liasion manager and draw up monthly consolidated reports
To be able to relate and network externally

Education & Job Experience:
Matric or SAQA accredited equivalent qualification.
A diploma in Law (Criminal procedure act and an introduction to the SA Law Act) or equivalent - essential
3 years investigative experience (gathering of evidence and the chain of evidence) and to be able to testify in court cases - essential
OR
Matric or SAQA accredited equivalent qualification - essential
5 years investigative experience (gathering of evidence and the chain of evidence) and to be able to testify in court cases – essential
