Large leisure complex requires the services of a security shift manager . You will be required to manage the staff working the shift and take proactive action towards any unusual customer behaviour .
Minimum Requirements
SIRA Grade A is a minimum requirement with a 3 year Diploma in security management or a law enforcement Diploma ..at least 5 years managerial experience in the security Industry.is required
You should have proven supervisory skills for a team of plus 15 staff.
You must have good communication skills in English and Afrikaans and you must be able to handle customers diplomatically.
