Security Instructor , Qatar

Primary Purpose of the Job:
Develops ad hoc training programs for identified training needs.
Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
Provide feedback to Senior Instructor on the progress of the training program.
Provide guidance and direction to students, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
Motivating and mentoring students to work cooperatively to accomplish tasks.
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
Manage class room resources and equipment.
Resolving minor complaints and grievances.

Education:
A certified Teaching Diploma.
Relevant certified security training.

Experience & Skills:
A minimum of 7 years adult based teaching experience; including 5 years industry related security teaching.
Proficiency in English (Level V).
Fluency in Arabic would be an advantage.
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power-Point).
