The role
In this key role, you’ll be instrumental in the delivery and ongoing development of our counter-fraud and loss prevention programme. Advising the organisation and training retail managers, in-country teams and warehouse staff in fraud and loss prevention strategies and procedures, the work you do will span the full breadth of our global operations. But as well as supporting and influencing managers in the UK and further afield, you’ll have the opportunity to plan and conduct fraud investigations. That means collecting and analysing data, producing high-quality reports and identifying areas of risk and potential improvement. You’ll also research the most innovative counter-corruption methodologies – and you’ll do all of it to the highest standards.
What we’re looking for
Whether you’re already an Accredited Fraud Examiner or are working towards your certification, you’ll have plenty of professional experience in fraud and crime prevention in relation to logistics, UK retail or INGOs. A fully qualified auditor or accountant, or possessed of a recognised investigation qualification, you’ll understand risk management and have experience of conducting interviews as part of the investigative process. You’ll also know your way around MS Office and have the analytical, numerical, influencing and communication skills this role demands. Crucially, you’ll be able to deliver under pressure whilst maintaining an acute cultural sensitivity, wherever you are.
