Job Purpose:
• Implement physical security measures in accordance with Head Office Security baseline standards, policies and procedure, including vendor management.


Key Functions / Responsibilities:
• Conduct security assessments and analysis.
• Develop and implement cost effective physical security solutions.
• Evaluate contract performance and ensure the implementation of improvement plans.
• Review and update Head Office Security processes and procedures.
• Build stakeholder and vendor relationships.
• Investigate security incidents and loss.
• Effective self-management.

Requirements:
• Diploma Security Management
• National Diploma Security Risk Management
• 5 years building security risk management
• Knowledge of security electronic systems / equipment
• PSIRA register
• Must be willing to extensive travel locally

Technical Competencies:
• Ms Office Suite - system
• CCTV- product
• Access Control – product
• Fire protection & prevention – product & systems

Behavioural Competencies:
• Experience in conducting security risk assessment, analysis and providing cost effective security solutions.
• Demonstrable management experience in corporate security, contract management and workplace safety.
• Experience implementing corporate investigative tactics including interviewing and documentation and
general knowledge of law and practices of investigations.
• High ethical standards with proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information:
excellent judgment, discretion and diplomacy.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
