The Park Inn by Radisson, Davao is scheduled to open early 2013. Our service philosophy is “Adding Colors to Life” which delivers a quality guest experience in a hotel that will feature bright colors and smart design elements where each guest stay is uncomplicated, friendly and fun.
As the Security Manager you manage the safeguarding of customers, employees and assets of hotel by implementing sound security and emergency practices and supervising security guards. Your responsibilities include:
Ensure hotel is patrolled on a regular basis.
Ensures all hotel entrances are locked and unlocked as per hotel policy.
Maintains hotel key management procedures, and ensures that all keys are accounted for.
Ensures only authorised employees access to the hotel when required and investigate all unauthorised access by employees.
Orients employees to the department and hotel and provides on-the-job training on job responsibilities.
Ensure that all employees follow safety rules and procedures.
Communicates and demonstrates the service standards to employees.
