Regional Security Manager Benelux M/F
The Benelux organization is responsible for all International SOS clients with Global or Regional head offices based in the Benelux.
Main responsibility:
1. Drive the penetration of Travel Security services in the Benelux. To that extent, you will support the Benelux Sales & Marketing team as an expert in explaining and deploying Travel Security services for clients based in the Benelux but with operations and travelers potentially all over the world
Also, you will be asked:
2. to act as the domain specialist during events in order to raise the profile of International SOS as the leading security and travel risk management provider.
3. to develop a network of external consultants for the delivery of security related training and planning services to clients. In the interim, you might be asked to participate in the delivery of the training and/or services.
4. to be part of the Regional Incident Management and Security team in order to intervene in some special cases, predominantly in Africa but potentially on a global basis.
Profile
-You are fluent in Dutch, English and preferably French (spoken and written).
-You have a Graduate degree from an accredited college or university
-You possess minimum 5 years of experience in risk and security operations management preferably in countries in crisis
-You have a good understanding of a Commercial Business to Business environment.
-You gained a strong experience in the Army or in the Intelligence Services including operational deployment abroad.
-You have experience operating in an international context,
-You have strong experience in the assessment of risk and the provision of security advice including the conduct of security assessments
-You have a strong network in the Benelux which is proven by your involvement in Benelux Security Networks (ASIS for instance).
-You have demonstrated the ability to interact with stakeholders/customers at a senior level as Subject Matter Expert
-You possess the following qualities: Self starter, High degree of pro-activity and flexibility, Maturity, Ability to operate effectively in a small team environment
