REQUIRED:

Experience conducting Staff military functions
Experience in international, restrictive and/or hostile environment operations
Strong proficiency in use of PC’s and related software packages such as: MS Windows, MS Office Suite, Internet Search Engines, etc.
Expert proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint: development of spreadsheets, presentations and reports, with emphasis on ability to create and manipulate expert level detail in MS Excel and PowerPoint
PREFERRED:
Experience with military ashore (Base/Camp) Security Operations, preferable US Navy
Knowledge of DoD security clearance processing
Security Access Badge processing & administration knowledge
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Excellent broad based, multi- platform communication skills: verbal, written, personal, and wide-audience; ability to prepare and confidently deliver briefing, point and position papers as well as any other applicable presentations

Position: N3 AT Force Protection Officer

Function Note:
The purpose of this position is to provide effective and efficient delivery of Anti-Terrorism / Force Protection (AT/FP) and physical security to the Client in accordance with the PWS and Sub-Contract Statements of Work.Incumbent will develop and recommend actions and policies to prevent or mitigate hostile actions against DoD personnel (including family members), resources, facilities and critical information. Functional areas will include law enforcement, physical security, management and planning, and combating terrorism.
The incumbent will have experience with the following areas:
Installation Protection Policy, Guidance and Plans Portfolio: Compiles multiple-sourced data, assisting the Client with the creation of presentations, as well as the drafting, review and facilitation of policy documentsSupports the Client with the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of Camp performance, against mandated, optional and emergent AT/FP and physical security requirements
Support to the Client’s AT Officer: Analyzes procedures for the receipt, processing, approval and / or forwarding of security waivers and exceptions
Assists the Client’s AT Installation Security Officer with the development of policy and a database for tracking and submittal of incorporated, in-processing and approved waivers/exceptions
RAMP/RIIS: Updates Risk-Based Investment Model (RBIM) to support POM process and investment goals. Coordinates with multiple entities to include Naval Criminal Investigation (NCIS), Multiple Threat Alert Center (MTAC), Office of Naval Intelligence and other related intelligence agency analysts, updating information on threats prevalent to US Navy regions and installations
CVAMP/CBTRIF: Performs data analysis of open vulnerabilities in CVAMP, informing resource allocation decisions in conjunction with RBIM
VV&AT/FP Resourcing: Provides advice on the development of policy to integrate force protection program efforts throughout the application of risk-based investment strategies, used in conjunction with threat, vulnerability and critically based processes to eliminate possible disparities
Performance Metrics/Common Output Levels (COLS): Recommends and assists with the implementation of internal/external processes to improve metrics utilized for performance assessments, resource planning and alignment of Installation for higher-level COLS, where applicable
AT/FP Working Groups: Participates in and provides experienced advisement regarding various working groups.
