CASH IN TRANSIT – ARMED DRIVER
GARDA is a North American leader in Physical Security, Cash Handling, and Pre-employment Screening. We are currently hiring Part TimeArmed Drivers for our Cash-In-Transit Division. Successful incumbents will be required to work shift work which may include overnights and 12hr shifts.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the secure pickup and delivery of shipments
Ensure the safety of co-workers and others during a transport
Drive to various locations as needed
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge & Expertise Required:
Fluent in English both written and orally
High School Education or equivalent
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Valid firearm license both restricted and non-restricted
Valid clean drivers license (G License, no demerit points)
Ability to keep a level head under pressure and react to emergency situations
Preference will be given to candidates who possess:
Experience in an Armored transport business
Billingual French and English
Z/DZ Drivers endorsement
Security Experience
