We are looking for expression of interest for the position as a Team Leader – Victorian Court & Security Services division. The Team Leader will be responsible for the Safety and Security of all areas within G4S’s Contractual Obligation and all duties will be undertaken in accordance with Policies, Procedures and Post Orders. This will also include the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of Level 1, 2, 3 & 4 Security Officers.
Role Responsibility:
Some of the duties and tasks included but not limited to are:
Maintain operating procedures and standing orders that ensure the secure functioning of the Facility
To assume the role of Security Manager as required
Ensure that all keys and accoutrements are signed and accounted for
Maintain and implement of the Facility Roster
Be a key participant in the Emergency Management Plan for evacuation of the site.
Liaise with other Agencies as required
Maintain a high degree of flexibility and availability in regard to Facility requirements and working hours
Proven exceptional customer service skills
A professional attitude & excellent grooming standards
A genuine interest in working with our customers
Pro-active negotiation and effective conflict resolution skills
Budgetary experience (an advantage but not essential)
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for individuals who have:
Proven exceptional customer service skills;
A professional attitude and excellent grooming standards;
A genuine interest in working with our customers;
Pro-active negotiation and effective conflict resolution skills;
A current Victorian Security Licence;
A current Level II certificate in First Aid; and
A Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
