Force Integration
Linc Government Services is currently seeking expressions of interest from Force Integration
Candidates in support of the NTM-A/CSTC-A in Afghanistan.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop, plan, evaluate, prioritize and systematically manage all force development and integration processes to include: force structure, force generation and force modernization under the strategic direction and guidance of the NTM-A/CSTC-A P7 and senior mentors to the GSG3 Collective Training, AMoI Force Management.
Provide a quarterly development plan for the leadership and a quarterly assessment report of progress. Provide a weekly summary of any significant events in their appropriate areas of responsibilities. Will assist in providing information for all ANP Ministerial Development Board (MDB) quarterly updates. Provide instruction to MOI personnel on force integration processes and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of force integrations processes. Capable of utilizing Microsoft applications in the accomplishment of requirements
Qualifications Required
Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a U.S. government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher and 15 yrs experience within Operations and Force Development Field
Other skills: Experience in training delivery an advantage. Knowledge of the ANSF an advantage. Essential.

Strong Analytical experience
Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment.
