Country Coordinator/Law Enforcement Professional Program OCONUS
Minimum Requirements:
Department of Defense Secret Clearance
Minimum of five years of experience in providing Program Management (or comparable law enforcement or military support position) with logistical, procurement and administrative support.
Bachelor’s Degree
Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite Skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and communication skills
Physical and mental ability to deploy to harsh and difficult working environment
Deployment is 1 year with two (2) 15 day R&R weeks.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
The Law Enforcement Professional Program Country Coordinator is responsible for supporting the management and administration of the Law Enforcement Professional Program in Afghanistan or region assigned. The Country Coordinator will work under the direct supervision of Regional Manager.
The duties of the Country Coordinator include but are not limited to:
Prepares PowerPoint’s, Excel Spreadsheets, word documents on behalf of the program
Maintains electronic and hard copy administrative files as needed by the program
Schedules and monitors deadlines in order to facilitate the timely compliance of contract deliverables
Responsible for administrative In-processing and out processing of all LEP Personnel in region
Assists with the coordination and scheduling of training activities
Coordinates and tracks travel of LEP Personnel to/from Theater
Coordinates and tracks personnel in theater as required
Requests and maintains Office supplies and equipment
Requests bids and coordinates purchase orders
Maintains Property Accountability
Reviews all LEP personnel timesheets for errors
Maintains Data in support of the Law Enforcement Professional Program
Additional Qualifications:
Experience supporting law enforcement operations desirable
Prior Military Experience desirable
Prior Deployment with OEF or OIF desirable
Familiarity with US Military Staff Procedures desirable
Familiarity with US Military Operations in Afghanistan desirable
Position requires discipline, motivation, and initiative
