Training Operations Manager – OCONUS

Overview:
Aids Director of Training for oversite, management and adminstration of contractacted OCONUS Training Operations. Coordinates use of and validates resources with designated In Country Manager for collaboration and approvals.

This position will be located in various OCONUS locations
Responsibilities:

Assesses, validates and provides technical monitoring of subcontracted training courses, the associated processes, including all direct SOC company staff actions collaborated for the intake, in processing, execution, out processing, and close out tasks affecting students. Ensure all is accomplished in accordance with the contract, company policy, Training Section processes and procedures.
SOC Training OCONUS focal point assisting Training Director in relation to the planning and execution of all budget related actions, including but not limited to, annual operating budget projections, invoicing, expenditures, and reconciliation. Anticipates and seeks out opportunity with continuous attention for cost avoidance.
Assists Training Director to assemble, analyze and report daily, a collection of course metrics designed to communicate a roll up of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports providing evidence of continuous improvements in the area of contract compliance, cost efficiency, training effectiveness, value to the customer and over all professional achievements of SOC company;its training section, and strategic and tactical objectives. Provides inputs daily to Training Coordinator for updates and inputs to Training Status Reports, Training Schedules, 90 day forecast. Provides inputs and coordinates record keeping, SQL inputs with Training Administrator.
Oversees student evaluations, ensures the students understands the situation, that all documentation is correct, all information is provided and students receive highest quality professional assistance and remediation for their performance needs.
Assists the Training Director with the contract Local Program Manager Office deliverables.
Qualifications:

Strong business communication skills, comfortable working with and at all business levels with ability to be the eyes and ears of executive leadership. To provide information and evidence of business efforts that are easily understood.
Self learner who is advocate of innovation and creativity for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Education: As a minimum, shall provide evidence of or a eligibility with high degree of probability for approval for the contract Instructor BIO categories of Resources; Explosive Countermeasures, Protective Operations, Tactical Skills, and shall have a current contract BFFOC certification. Attended at least 80 hours of training in adult learning and/or instructional techniques or 80 hours of a contract provider instructor refresher course.
Experience must have been within the last (10) ten years. (3) three years experience in protective security assignments of which at least (2) two years must have been in a supervisory capacity. At least (5) five years instructional experience in related operational or tactical experience such as law enforcement, military, etc.
Preferred; NRA Rifle/Pistol/RSO and/or Law Enforcement Instructor credentials.
