Job Title: Site Manager
Position Summary
The Technical Control Facility (TCF) Technician will support installations, repair and troubleshooting/maintenance of C4 communications systems and equipment at the NCTAMS LANT Det TCF in Souda Bay, Greece. This is a Proposal/Pipeline position. Contract award is expected Summer of 2012.

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance of installed INDX/ADNX systems
Monitors communication circuits and operations using monitoring tools and management techniques
Maintenance of Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) local element account
Operations and maintenance support to the Technical Control Facility
Maintenance and troubleshooting of IDNX Multiplexers and KG, KY, KIV and ancillaries
Maintenance and troubleshooting of NET Promina Equipment, FCC-100, and E1/T1 Multiplexers
Solve complex problems, repair and understand the interrelationships of circuits
Report system, trunk and circuit status, including outages, hazardous and degraded conditions
Perform trend analysis in accordance with DISAC 310-70-1 procedures, in order to recognize equipment degradation and implement corrective actions to prevent system or circuit outages
Maintain circuit history files for all circuits passing through or terminating at the facility
Maintain operating logs in accordance with DISAC 270-A85-1 and DISAC 310-70-1
Coordinate with the DISA RNSOC, Theater Communication Control Center (TCCC) and the COR/ACOR

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in TCF operations
Experience in Message Center Communications
Knowledge of EKMS procedures at the User level or higher, in accordance with EKMS-1 (series) (commercial equivalent may be acceptable with prior Government approval)
Experience with SATCOM at the Operator level
Experience with Personal Computer (PC) operations at the Operator level
Experience with HF/UHF Communications (Voice and Data)
Experience with the 3M program (commercial equivalent may be acceptable with prior Government approval)
Experience with DISA and military directives applicable to communications station operations
Meet overseas medical deployment qualifications
US citizenship.
Possess active SECRET clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Satisfy host country requirements for living and working as a contractor for an extended period.
Employment contingent upon favorable results of a company background investigation and drug screening.
Ability to work extended hours (overtime) as needed and to be on call after normal work hours.
