Requirements :
Bachelor degree is required as is successful completion of a military Command and Staff College. Masters degree and completion of a senior service college is preferred. Honorable service as a commissioned officer in combat arms in the US Armed Forces. Command of a US Army combat arms organization at the battalion or higher level. Managerial ability. 3 years experience with ROK and US joint and combined doctrine, organization, and procedures. 3 years experience with ROK and US Army doctrine, organization and procedures. 3 years experience with north Korean Armed Forces doctrine, organization tactics, techniques, and procedures. Experience in the preparation of scenarios for joint and combined, simulation driven exercises. Experience in the preparation of ROK and US Army corps and division level, simulation-driven exercises. Experience in conducting instruction for both large and small groups. 2 years experience with computer war gaming techniques.
