• Bachelor’s degree (equivalent relevant experience may be substituted)

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Must be able to evaluate and staff positions as required. Must be prepared to attend weekly meetings and communicate effectively with Senior Manager, Recruiting and Retention as well as Recruiting Team.

Position Summary
Perform the role of Tactical Recruiter for various contracts both domestic and abroad. Reports to Senior Manager, Staffing.
General Purpose
To provide qualified applicants as required for Triple Canopy Inc. contracts.
Position Responsibilities
• Recruit for support and security positions, both mobile and fixed site as contractually required
• Source, prescreen, schedule and conduct interviews
• Utilize various recruiting methods to attract potential candidates
• Work with hiring managers on specific openings
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities in relation to position requirements
• Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
