Description
Description:This position acts as a senior Antiterrorism/Force Protection program specialist working closely with the Department of Defense (DoD) and other agencies or commands and supports the management, planning, direction and execution of a wide range of Antiterrorism, Force Protection, Operations Security and Physical Security program requirements.
Essential Functions:
Supports the management, planning, direction and execution of Antiterrorism Vulnerability Assessments,
Operational Readiness Assessments, Information Operations Assessments, and Physical Security Inspections and related services
Develops and implements procedures and controls and manages project efforts
Directs and Supports Antiterrorism, Force Protection, Operations Security, and Physical Security program management / implementation requirements
Provides review, analysis, development and dissemination of respective internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures
Experience:
AT Level II Certified. USACE Security Engineering Design Course completion
10 years of relevant experience is required, including: 10 years of experience working in support of DoD programs
Professional military experience working in support of the armed forces
Professional experience, knowledge and capability providing AT, FP, PS, OPSEC, Law Enforcement or associated support for DoD entities
Demonstrated experience developing, reviewing, managing, and delivering force protection program assessment reports and associated briefings and program management support for the DoD
Demonstrated experience supporting specific force protection exercise program requirements or demonstrated experience supporting specific force protection program assistance team initiatives. Demonstrated experience using AT/FP assessment tools, programs and systems and associated procedures
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
Clearance/Citizenship:
An active current TS/SCI clearance required
Job Status:
Position will be a full-time role
Job Location/Travel:
The majority of available positions will be OCONUS (outside of the continental US) requiring overseas travel and potential relocation
Candidates must have immediate availability after contract award (award date currently unknown)
Start Date:
Potential start date will be established after contract details are solidified
