We are an Building Management Services group of Companies, located in Dubai (UAE). We are looking for our Security Company "Security Manager" to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Office administration duties such as preparing of day-to-day Operations, answering of telephone calls and attending to customers’ enquiries.
• Working closely with customers and ensure services deliver timely and accurately.
• Maintain employees decipline and work under code of conducts.
• Reports and Customer complaint handling.
You should meet the minimum criteria listed below:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Accuracy is a key part of this role.
• Must be efficient, possess the ability to multi-task and be well organized
• Have an eye for details and have situation awareness.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications.
• At least 3 years of working experience.
