Job Description
Security Manager shall be responsible for implementation of security policies and procedures at Arvind Ltd, Santej.
He shall report to Manager-Security and shall be responsible for protection of property, personnel, material and information at the designated location.
He shall aid and advise Manager-Security on location specific security matters and shall lead, motivate, guide and discipline the security personnel at the location to achieve desired results.
He shall be the focal point for local liaison and intelligence network creation and sustenance.
If Civilian
He should have experience in managing, training and deployment of security personnel at organizational level
Practicing security professional at Security Officer level, with 5-7 years of practical experience of industrial security.
For Military and paramilitary forces applicants:
Experience of 10-20 years. Candidate with additional experience of 2-3 years in security in industrial environment will be preferred.
He should have experience in managing, training and deployment of security personnel at organizational level.
Graduate preferably with NCC ‘C ‘certificate (for civilian) or JCO from armed forces / paramilitary .
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Preferable knowledge of regional language ( Gujrati)
