Assistant Security Manager
Responsibilities:

- Assess physical security measure of store and warehouse in loss prevention
- Investigate staff disciplinary fault relating security aspect
- Identify and investigate shrinkage problem
- Lead team in investigating internal fraud / theft / kickback
- Conduct weekly or monthly shrinkage meeting with business units
- Manage security guards, investigation and patrol teams, e.g. schedule duty roster, monitor performance and conduct routine inspection
- Lead team in handling emergency turnout; and in performing security / crowd control in any promotion / company functional event
- Conduct loss prevention training to operation general staff
- F.7 or above
- At least 3 years experience in the security services sector or retail operations
- At least 3 years supervisory experience
- Experience in disciplinary forces or Uniformed Groups, e.g. Auxiliary Police or Auxiliary Medical Services, is an added advantage
- Good analytical skill with solid investigation skill
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in PC skills, e.g. MS Word and Excel
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Driving experience with valid driving license will be an advantage
- Willing to work irregular hours
