Assistant Security Manager , Hong Kong

Assistant Security Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Assess physical security measure of store and warehouse in loss prevention
  • Investigate staff disciplinary fault relating security aspect
  • Identify and investigate shrinkage problem
  • Lead team in investigating internal fraud / theft / kickback
  • Conduct weekly or monthly shrinkage meeting with business units
  • Manage security guards, investigation and patrol teams, e.g. schedule duty roster, monitor performance and conduct routine inspection
  • Lead team in handling emergency turnout; and in performing security / crowd control in any promotion / company functional event
  • Conduct loss prevention training to operation general staff
Requirements:
  • F.7 or above
  • At least 3 years experience in the security services sector or retail operations
  • At least 3 years supervisory experience
  • Experience in disciplinary forces or Uniformed Groups, e.g. Auxiliary Police or Auxiliary Medical Services, is an added advantage
  • Good analytical skill with solid investigation skill
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in PC skills, e.g. MS Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Driving experience with valid driving license will be an advantage
  • Willing to work irregular hours
