Security Guard /Gatehouse Host
Provide a personalised and professional experience in coordinating the arrival and departure experience for guests, through the provision of a comprehensive Front Desk and Security service. This includes welcoming guests, assisting them with luggage, keeping the Gatehouse and Gatehouse car parks and vicinity are kept in clean, tidy and well maintained. Ensure the safety and well being of guests and guest property in and around the Gatehouse. Provide guests with information on all resort services, facilities and activities. Ensuring the protection of hotel assets by checking arrivals and departures from the property by guests, staff, contractors and suppliers. This will include, but not be limited to, vehicle checks, temporary pass issue, keeping visitor logs, and monitoring of security screens.
The Successful Candidate must have:
- A Security Licence – Minimum 1A
- At least 12 Months Experience working in a Security Industry Environment.
The unique location of the property creates a need for energy and enthusiasm in the following areas:
- Service Excellence
- Conservation and Wildlife consciousness
- Wolgan Valley and surrounding area history
- Mentoring and
- Safety
Successful candidates will have access to various staff facilities including staff meals, gymnasium, basketball court, pool, etc.
Must have the legal right to work and live in Australia. The Company will not provide or assist with obtaining a work permit.
